My first full day freelancing from Copenhagen I was in search of lunch when I found 42Raw. This place is a gold mine for gluten-free food in Copenhagen!
There was so much to choose from, I nearly went for a slice of pizza but the toasted sandwiches drew me in. I opted for the hummus and avocado sandwich which was served on a toasted gluten-free flat bread that seems quite common in Copenhagen:
I absolutely demolished it. It was such a nice lunch, made even better by the fact I ate it in the nearby Kongens Have - the gardens of the rosenborg castle.
Be sure to check this place out for some great gluten-free food. The granola bowls looked absolutely amazing, but I didn't have chance to check if they were gluten-free. I'm sure there's an option though.
There's a few stores dotted around, I went to the one in Pilestræde. Right next door to another gluten-free place called Palæo
